Our Story
SupplyPilot was founded in Ningbo, China — one of the country's largest manufacturing and export cities. We saw a gap in the market: importers were either overpaying through trading companies or wasting weeks trying to find reliable factories on their own.
We built SupplyPilot to be the sourcing partner we wished existed. Backed by a proprietary network of 100,000+ exhibition-verified factories and AI-powered matching, we find the right supplier for each client — then visit them in person to verify quality, capacity, and reliability.
Unlike platforms that just list suppliers, we actually go to the factories. We inspect production lines, check raw materials, and build relationships with factory owners. That's what "boots on the ground" means — and it's why our clients trust us with their sourcing.
