Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our service fee is a transparent percentage of the order value. We don't charge for factory searches, supplier matching, or initial consultations. Shipping, customs duties, and inspection fees are quoted separately and upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. For orders over $10,000, we can arrange flexible payment terms (30% deposit + 70% before shipping).
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 100% refund guarantee. If we can't find a suitable supplier or the products don't meet the agreed specifications, you get a full refund of our service fee.
Do you charge for samples?
Our sourcing service for samples is free. You only pay for the sample cost (set by the factory) and shipping. Sample costs are often refundable against your first order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum project value is $1,000 for Starter and $2,500 for Pro. Actual MOQs depend on the factory and product — we negotiate on your behalf to get the lowest possible MOQ.
